Track & Cross Country
The fastest of the fast show what they can do in these sports.
In this video we show the differenses between sprinting and long distance running (as well as cross country) and how you need to keep different paces for both. In sprinting you have to keep a fast constant velocity the whole time in order to win a race, but in long distance you have to work on keeping a slightly slower constant velocity the whole time in order to win. If you were to try and go really fast in the beginning like Richard you will have to stop to catch your breath and you will lose and if you go to slow in sprinting like Jacob you will lose.
